Description:
This is a Force 10 24-port 100/1000 Base-T Ethernet Line Card.

24 ports with RJ-45 connectors that support auto-negotiation or 100 Base-T or 1000 Base-T speed.
Use CAT5E unshielded twisted pair (UTP) cable for distances up to 100 meters. Cables, connectors, and their use must comply with EIA/TIA 568 Standard in the US,and ISO/IEC 11801 (2nd Edition) elsewhere. It is recommended that the cable be certified with a cable tester.
Contains distributed forwarding tables for:
64K IP forwarding table entries
64K MAC addresses and Layer 2 access control list (ACL) entries
64K Layer 3 ACL entries
Supports online insertion and removal (OIR) of line card
Advanced feature support, including Jumbo Frame support
Requires FTOS 4.2.1.0 or higher
